- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Return Address
To initiate a return, please contact us first to obtain the return address and instructions:
Do not return any items without prior confirmation.
Return Shipping
We will cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Product quality issues
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Refund Types

- ✔ Partial refund: minor defects (case-by-case evaluation)
- ❌ No refunds for non-defective custom-made products
